Yes she is finally on the water! Craned in this morning and rowed round to our berth. Still a bit of finishing touches to be made but we will be ready for the race come Sunday.  More photos will be added to the photo gallery page shortly. For those of you tracking the race either through our website or the official Woodvale site there is also an additional tracking website for the support yacht.  Desiderata is skippered by Mark Terry of Rowtec and you can see where she is throughout the race at http://blog.mailasail.com/desi. They will be putting pictures and messages up of the boats they come across during the race.

what a beast. the boat I mean not the one pointing at it!!!!! Team MSS looks very smart with the blue undercoat! Cant believe it is now in the ocean awaiting the race to start......................

Last time you will see that view of the boat until Mauritius! Ferkins really are flying. Looks fantastic. Have a great time and keep focussed on how it will feel when you arrive in Mauritius. Will be watching your progress.

Ferkin hell....that's a nice looking boat (waaaaaa haaaaa!)! Best of British (English) to you both, will be thinking of you all the way. Went for an honorary 2K on the ergo last week and tore an abdominal, so looks like I'm out for next year's race! Can't wait to hear your news as it goes. LOL Trumpet xx p.s.
