Guy - Andy, Or can I address you as we more familiarly refer to you both; Susan and Valerie. Really, as you know I couldn't think of any better nicknames... Anyway, you need a way to diffuse the more difficult moments that you are to face.

Our crew on Jeez-Louise are in great admiration of you. Two hulking great chaps going from zero to hero, and willing to put yourselves on the line on a racing boat from knowing nothing. Well done! We've enjoyed your company and loved your passion and application.

We clearly have a hole in our crew with you going, but are gloriously happy that we have potentially put you in situations that are difficult, have stretched you and put your resolve to the test. All the best from us lot !
